GETTING TO KNOW ME
Many define their real estate business as buying and selling houses. I believe, however, that it is about so much more. A house is much more than brick and mortar, so much more than just a place to live. It is home, family, happiness, and dreams. Life is created and lived in a home. Buying or selling a home then, is not just a ‘financial transaction’. It is a huge event in a person’s or family’s life, a definite marker of a beginning, an ending, or transitioning to the next phase. A real estate agent is not only witness to these life-changing events, but a key player, taking care of the detail, guiding the way. I am humbled and honored by every client, and take seriously the trust they put in me when they ask me to take part in such an important moment in their lives.
My Personal Investment to You
To best serve my clients, I participate in on-going training to remain on the top of my game in regards to all things related to real estate. In addition to 4-6 training camps per year, I currently have two coaches who help me stay up-to-date on advancements and changes in both the marketplace and technology. I devote at least 2 hours per day in learning & self-improvement. One to two hours daily is devoted to my online presence, while 3 to 4 hours is invested in prospecting, lead follow-up and client care. My motto: Be The Best You Can Be.

Determined to be an agent on the cutting edge of things, I earned my certification as a Real Estate Digital Marketer® and a Listing Expert Agent®.

There are several reasons that can happen, but one of the major reasons is that they're not priced correctly. Determined to never let that happen to my seller-clients, I've become certified as a Pricing Specialist Adviser® . I use the same pricing formula calculations that an appraiser uses, and am always thoroughly on top of what is happening in the marketplace. This ensures that when I list your home, it will sell, very often with multiple offers to choose from.
Additional training in Negotions and in Transaction Management ensures great result for my clients, as well as a seamless transaction.
